In 2017, we launched a mobile app in Senegal for cash deposit, withdrawal, and peer-to-peer and business payments. Now, we have millions of users across 9 countries and are growing fast. Our goal is to make Africa the first cashless continent and that's where you come in… How you'll help us achieve it Wave is now the largest financial institution in Senegal, with over 7 million users. And, we’re still in the early days of our product roadmap and potential impact on people’s everyday lives. Our Distribution team plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our distribution network to drive user acquisition. Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our field sales teams, they strategically grow our user base and enhance customer outreach. Our agent operations team plays a crucial role in building and maintaining a high-performing agent network with a strategic focus on driving our agent network strategy and nurturing our agent performance. You will provide unparalleled administrative support to both teams to help them maximize their impact. In this role, you'll; Data Analysis: Utilize strong data analysis skills to extract raw performance data from Periscope and create insightful, visual dashboards that communicate key metrics and trends. Prepare and deliver daily reports on agent operations and distribution team performance, highlighting insights that support strategic decision-making. Communicate Insights to Stakeholders through daily, weekly and monthly reports, effectively communicating findings and recommendations for progressive operational improvements. Drive continuous improvement on our teams through identifying opportunities for enhancing data reporting processes and methodologies, leveraging data to inform best practices across the distribution and agent operations teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure alignment on performance metrics and objectives, promoting a data-driven culture within the company. Periodically review data processes, work with engineers and recommend improvements to guide various functions of the business to drive operational efficiencies.
