Microsoft Certified Bilingual Trainer in Office

Studies Learning strengthens its professional training activity and is looking for a bilingual trainer in office automation with a recognized Microsoft certification. The mission is to design and lead practical training courses that meet the needs of working professionals. The expected profile masters Microsoft Office Word and Microsoft Office Excel, demonstrates a real pedagogical ability and knows how to transmit skills directly applicable in the workplace.

Desired experience

Prior experience in one or more of the following areas is desired: professional training in office automation; preparation for Microsoft Office Specialist certifications; training in companies or educational institutions; design of online courses and video tutorials; support students, recent graduates or professionals in developing their digital skills. Candidates should be able to present references, teaching materials or concrete examples of training already provided.

Arrangements for collaboration

The modalities will be defined according to the profile chosen and the needs of the training program. Collaboration will include the facilitation of face-to-face or remote training, the design and registration of online training modules, the realization of tutorials and practical exercises, as well as support for learners preparing Microsoft certifications.

Duties

The trainer will design and deliver hands-on training on Microsoft Office Word and Microsoft Office Excel. He or she will develop teaching materials, practical exercises and assessments, and design modules suitable for beginners, intermediate users and advanced users. The lessons will be illustrated by practical cases from the professional world. The selected person will also participate in the creation of digital educational content (videos, tutorials, demonstrations and exercises) and will accompany learners in their progress while assessing the skills acquired.

Training and certifications

The candidate must have a relevant Microsoft certification, including Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Excel Associate or Excel Expert, Microsoft Office Specialist Word Associate, or a Microsoft 365 certification relevant to the tools being taught. A TOEIC certification or natural bilingualism is required. The Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification is an additional asset, but does not replace the need to demonstrate effective control of office automation tools.

Technical skills

Practical mastery of Microsoft Excel and Word, good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment, ability to explain features and solve concrete problems. For profiles specialized in Excel, mastery of formulas, functions, tables, graphs and analysis tools. Ability to design progressive exercises and structured training materials.

Teaching skills

Experience in conducting training or accompanying learners, ability to popularize technical concepts, ability to adapt explanations to different levels of learners. A sense of organization, rigor and a focus on results, with the ability to produce clear and professional educational content.
