Role Description The Interpret Driver role at BNT is a full-time, on-site position based in Conakry. The individual in this role will operate trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently, following all traffic laws and company safety protocols. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting and maintaining the vehicle, loading and unloading cargo, completing delivery documentation, and coordinating routes with dispatch and other team members. The Interpret Driver will also interact with customers and partners, clearly communicating delivery details and addressing basic service-related questions. This role requires punctuality, reliability, and a strong commitment to safe driving and professional conduct. Qualifications Strong truck driving skills with experience operating commercial trucks safely and efficiently. Valid CDL Class A or equivalent professional driving license, with a clean driving record. Effective communication skills to coordinate with dispatch, team members, and customers. Customer service abilities, including courteous behavior, problem-solving, and respectful interaction with clients. Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety checks to ensure truck readiness. Familiarity with local routes and regulations in Conakry and surrounding areas. Ability to read and complete delivery documentation and follow route instructions accurately. Physical ability to handle loading and unloading tasks as required. Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety and compliance. Secteur : Management and Manufacturing
