Project Overview A leading upstream oil & gas operator in Africa is deploying a high‑impact operations program to support offshore production in Ghana . SigmaStrat is managing the end‑to‑end oversight of critical operational materials — including procurement, inventory control, quality assurance, logistics, and safe delivery to offshore assets. Operations will be coordinated from Accra , with the main execution hub in Takoradi .

Key Responsibilities Coordinate movement of materials from onshore bases to offshore platforms. Manage vessel scheduling, load‑out planning, and offshore communication. Ensure safe and timely delivery of critical materials. Serve as the link between onshore operations and offshore teams. Resolve logistics bottlenecks and maintain real‑time tracking.

Ideal Candidate 7+ years in logistics or offshore coordination. Experience with offshore supply chain operations. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
