We are on a mission to serve all humans equally by ensuring access to food, medicine and essential goods anytime, anywhere. We design, build, and operate the world’s largest autonomous logistics system, delivering critical supplies quickly and reliably.
Our customers include the world’s largest and most prominent healthcare systems, governments, retailers, restaurants and global businesses who rely on us to save lives, reduce emissions, increase economic opportunity, and provide delivery from point A to point B as fast as possible. The drone is only 15% of what we’ve built to enable seamless, reliable, global operations. Our system strengthens supply chains, reduces congestion, and gives people time back. We operate at a global scale and are looking for practical problem solvers who thrive on real-world challenges and rapid growth. Our team is motivated by building systems that have a direct, meaningful impact on people’s lives and by scaling the future of logistics. We are seeking people who sculpt from first principles, enjoy facing adversity, and can do the impossible at record breaking speeds. About You and The Role The role is highly field-oriented and requires strong technical judgment. You will identify and resolve installation risks, support the development and evaluation of RFPs and RFQs for electrical vendors, direct vendor execution, verify system performance, and ensure electrical work is delivered to the required safety, quality, schedule, and reliability standards. What You'll Do Review electrical designs, drawings, bills of materials, and installation plans; identify risks related to Cotê d'Ivoiren codes, regulations, infrastructure, available materials, and site conditions; and coordinate required adaptations with Engineering.
Support the development and evaluation of RFPs and RFQs for electrical contractors and vendors, including technical scopes, installation requirements, acceptance criteria, and cost inputs. Lead electrical inspections, commissioning, acceptance testing, defect resolution, and handover documentation for completed installations. Troubleshoot electrical and infrastructure issues during deployment and partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Country Leadership to resolve risks. What You'll Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
8+ years of relevant experience in electrical design, installation, or field deployment, including strong troubleshooting and commissioning skills. Expérience
Experience working with Côte d’Ivoire’s electrical utilities and inspection authorities, including CIE grid-connection processes and LBTP/SECUREL inspection and certification. Electrical safety training such as French electrical habilitation under NF C 18-510 (B2V/H2V strongly recommended and HE Essai/BE Essai preferred), or training under NFPA 70E, EN 50110, or an equivalent standard. International experience deploying complex electrical systems across varied operating environments or adapting foreign-sourced systems to local conditions, including facilities and industrial automation systems. Demonstrated experience managing electrical contractors and overseeing complex field installations, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across internal and external partners. Fluency in both French and English, written and verbal. Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Côte d’Ivoire and be on-site for extended deployment phases; must be based in or able to relocate to Côte d’Ivoire for the role. - •Never pay any amount of money — for a file, a training, a uniform, or an interview. A real employer never asks the candidate to pay.
- •Never send a photo of your ID card, passport, or banking details before you have physically verified the employer exists.
- •Always meet in a public place, during the day — never an isolated address, a private home, or a location you cannot verify in advance.
- •Tell a relative or friend exactly where you are going, with whom, and at what time — and share your live location if possible.
- •Search the company name online before going: a real business has a trace (website, reviews, other employees, an official address).
- •A salary that is far above the market rate for the position and the city is a red flag — be extra cautious.
