Spark recherche un Digital Innovation and Technology Manager expérimenté pour piloter l'usage des outils numériques et des technologies émergentes au sein de l'organisation, afin de renforcer la qualité, la portée et l'efficacité de ses programmes ainsi que ses modes de fonctionnement internes.
Le Digital Innovation and Technology Manager sera rattaché au Senior Program Design Director, avec des lignes de reporting technique définies selon les chantiers. Il travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes à travers l'organisation, notamment le Design, le Suivi et l'Évaluation, les Opérations et les Programmes.
Ce rôle s'adresse à une personne qui allie de solides compétences en technologie et en gestion de projet à une expérience en e-learning et/ou dans l'impact social, et qui est enthousiasmée par le potentiel de la technologie pour améliorer la conception et la mise en œuvre des programmes de développement communautaire.
Tâches et responsabilités :
Innovation numérique à travers les programmes et les opérations. Gérer le développement et le déploiement des outils numériques. Superviser l'adoption responsable de la technologie et de l'IA. Conduite du changement organisationnel et représentation.
