La majorité des vacances de postes UNDP/UNCDF/UNV sont ainsi publiées selon un processus de candidature à plusieurs niveaux :
Tier 0 : personnel IP du UNDP/UNCDF/UNV titulaire de nominations permanentes (PA) et à durée déterminée (FTA), dont les postes seront supprimés, ou dont les contrats prendront fin ou ne seront pas renouvelés en 2026.
Tier 1 : autres membres du personnel UNDP/UNCDF/UNV titulaires de nominations permanentes (PA) et à durée déterminée (FTA).
Tier 2 : personnel UNDP/UNCDF/UNV sous nominations temporaires (TA), personnel sous contrats PSA réguliers, ainsi que les Volontaires des Nations Unies Experts et Spécialistes.
Tier 3 ou aucun palier indiqué : tous les autres types de contrats du UNDP/UNCDF/UNV et d'autres agences, ainsi que les autres candidats externes.
