OASIS ENERGIES — CAREER OPPORTUNITIES Position: JCB Driver / Operator (1 Position) Oasis Energies is inviting applications from qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of JCB Driver / Backhoe Operator (1 Position) to support operations in Lusaka, Zambia. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate JCB backhoe loaders / excavators for site trenching, excavation, material loading, and grading. Conduct pre-operational checks on the machine (hydraulic fluid, engine oil, coolant, tracks/tires, safety alarms). Work closely with site engineers and supervisors to execute technical earthmoving tasks accurately. Maintain equipment cleanliness, perform basic operational maintenance, and report mechanical faults immediately. Adhere strictly to site safety rules, PPE requirements, and environmental standards. Key Requirements: Valid heavy equipment operator certification or relevant Earthmoving Plant Operator Licence for JCB / Backhoe. Demonstrated practical experience operating JCB / backhoe loader machinery on commercial or construction sites. Strong technical and practical operational skills relevant to the role. Ability to work effectively in a team and under minimal supervision. High levels of professionalism, responsibility, and commitment to occupational safety.
