MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the agricultural or FMCG industry. Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with GlobalGAP, SIZA, BRC, and LAEF standards. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel. Strong administrative and organisational skills.
