Villa Park Hotel and Suites recrute un Housekeeper pour renforcer son équipe d'entretien. L'établissement, fondé en 2007, évolue dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie et du tourisme et met en avant un cadre luxueux, intime et sécurisé.

Le titulaire du poste veille à maintenir des chambres et des espaces communs propres, confortables et bien présentés, conformément aux standards de l'établissement en matière d'entretien hôtelier.
Responsabilités
Nettoyer les chambres, les salles de bain et les espaces communs assignés selon les standards exigés. Préparer les lits, changer le linge, réapprovisionner les équipements et signaler l'état de préparation des chambres. Utiliser le matériel et les produits de nettoyage en toute sécurité et respecter les procédures d'hygiène. Signaler les pannes de maintenance, les objets endommagés et toute condition inhabituelle dans les chambres. Appliquer les procédures relatives aux objets trouvés et respecter la vie privée ainsi que les effets personnels des clients. Gérer les stocks de fournitures d'entretien et coordonner les tâches avec les superviseurs et la réception.
Niveau minimum SSCE avec au moins 1 an d'expérience en entretien hôtelier ou en nettoyage professionnel, de préférence en hôtel. Connaissance des méthodes de nettoyage, de la manipulation sécurisée des produits chimiques et de la préparation des chambres. Sens du détail, honnêteté, esprit d'équipe et courtoisie. Capacité à assumer les tâches physiques du poste et à travailler en horaires décalés, les week-ends et les jours fériés.
