A reputable pharmaceutical company is seeking to recruit a RISK MANAGER to join our dynamic team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and assess risks across all business areas, including R&D, clinical trials, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain. Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and mitigation strategies to minimize operational, financial, and compliance risks. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and support regulatory audits and inspections. Collaborate with quality teams to monitor product safety, investigate incidents, and address risks related to product quality. Support Enterprise Risk Management by preparing risk reports, promoting a risk-aware culture, and integrating risk management into strategic decisions. Develop and maintain business continuity and crisis management plans to ensure effective response to disruptions.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Pharmacy, Risk Management, or related field. Master's degree or MBA is an advantage. 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or quality within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Experience with regulatory frameworks and audits. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards Risk assessment and mitigation expertise Excellent communication and stakeholder management Attention to detail and high ethical standards Ability to work cross-functionally
