Job Summary A client is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead and manage all HR functions within our water processing operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business strategy
Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to meet current and future needs
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract high-quality candidates
Design and implement effective talent retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance employee engagement
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Partner with management to drive performance management and organizational development initiatives
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and industry regulations

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management within the water processing industry
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention strategies
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
Knowledge of Ghana labour laws and HR best practices
