Candidate Profile & Requirements: Gender: Open to Male and Female candidates. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender in a busy lounge, bar, or restaurant. Key Trait: Highly flexible, agile, and adept at multitasking during busy peak periods. Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktails, mocktails, coffee/barista drinks, and beverage presentation. Great interpersonal communication and friendly customer engagement skills. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, classic and signature cocktails, and beverages accurately. Engage warmly with patrons, assess customer preferences, and offer beverage recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized, hygienic, and well-stocked bar counter and workstation. Manage bar stock, monitor inventory levels, and handle cash/POS transactions accurately. Ensure responsible service of alcohol in full compliance with local regulations and company standards.
