Position : General Manager - Accra

We are seeking a General Manager to lead our operations and ensure the strategic management of the company. This role involves supervising teams, implementing policies, and coordinating activities to achieve organizational objectives in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Define and implement the company's overall strategy. Manage and motivate teams to ensure optimal performance. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Coordinate operational activities to maximize efficiency. Represent the company with key partners and clients.
