Human Capital Partners is a professional services firm that specializes in the provision of management consulting services covering the entire human resource management value chain.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Kano

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Analyzing data sets to derive actionable insights and support decision-making processes.

Identifying inefficiencies in workflows or systems and proposing solutions to optimize business processes.

Analyze dealership performance, customer preferences, and pricing strategies.

Use data to improve after-sales service, warranty management, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure processes align with automotive industry standards and government regulations.

Recommend automation or optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Creating detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and outcomes.

Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project objectives.

Monitor raw material procurement, assembly line efficiency, and inventory management.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, or IT. MBA is an added advantage.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, ERP systems (preferably Navision), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Minimum of 5 years in similar role

Understanding of automobile manufacturing, supply chain, and dealership operations.
