Job Title: Sales and Operations Lead

Your tasks
Professional advice andsales of new and used cars as well as interstate transport salesto optimally meet the individual needs of our customers.
Active implementation of sales-supportingmarketing measuresand campaigns to increase vehicle and transport sales.
Efficient design of allsales processesand customer management activities with a high degree of service orientation.
Designing thevehicle handoveras an unforgettable customer experience to inspire customers in a lasting way.
Creating video updates for customers and insurance during key transport milestones. Produce short, professional vehicle handover videos and assist with content for customer-facing platforms.
Oversee office staff and manage daily operational activities.
Consistent and creativecustomer acquisitionand retention through the use of various sales channels and networks.
Maintaining and nurturing relationships with ourexisting customer basethrough regular
