Project Affluence Limited is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: HSE / Facility Officer

Location: Lagos

The Role

We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer to drive safety compliance and manage our NAFDAC regulatory processes.

This is a hands-on role with direct responsibility for HSE systems and regulatory documentation across our operations.

Responsibilities

Conduct HSE inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations

Maintain accurate HSE and compliance records

Support internal and external audits, inspections, and corrective actions.

Oversee general upkeep and cleanliness of the facility, monitor utilities, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, ensure preventive maintenance.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE usage, and environmental practices

Deliver HSE trainings, inductions, and toolbox talks

Manage NAFDAC applications, renewals, and regulatory documentation

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields

3 - 5 years' HSE experience in a chemical, manufacturing, or related industry.

Direct, hands-on NAFDAC experience — applications, renewals, documentation (mandatory)

NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA certification (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of HSE systems and chemical safety

Added Advantage: 

Experience supporting regulatory audits

Familiarity with ISO 9001 or related standards

Strong documentation and report writing skills.

Salary

N300,000 – N350,000 monthly.
