As part of our strategy to strengthen our technical capabilities and enhance the reliability of our mobile money / fintech platforms, we are recruiting a Dev Ops / SRE Engineerwith strong expertise in cloud environments, CI/CD automation, and modern observability frameworks. This role is essential to ensure the resilience, performance, and security of our mission-critical systems. RESPONSIBILITIESDev Ops & CI/CDDesign, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for backend, middleware, and API applications. Standardize Dev Ops patterns, define best practices, and drive adoption across development teams. Manage and industrialize CI/CD toolchains (Git Lab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD, Tekton, etc.). Automate deployments on cloud, containerized, and hybrid environments (EKS, Kubernetes, Open Shift, VMs). Observability & SREBuild and operate full observability frameworks: metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting. Deploy, configure, and maintain observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Elastic, Open Telemetry). Implement SRE best practices: SLO/SLI definition, SLA monitoring, error budgets, blameless post-mortems, capacity planning. Reduce operational toil and continuously improve platform reliability. Cloud & Infrastructure Design, deploy, and operate cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Open Shift, Iaa S, Paa S). Automate infrastructure using Ia C tools: Terraform, Ansible, Helm. Ensure platform security: secret management, hardening, IAM, vulnerability monitoring. Test Automation & Quality Engineering Define and integrate automated testing strategies into CI/CD pipelines (unit, integration, performance, regression tests). Manage and optimize automated testing frameworks and tools (e. g., Selenium, Robot Framework, REST Assured, K 6, Postman/Newman). Build reusable automated test suites to validate reliability, performance, and resilience of cloud-native services. Ensure continuous testing and quality gates are embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle. Collaborate with development teams to improve test coverage and shift-left testing practices. Operational Support & Continuous Improvement Provide Level 3 support for critical incidents, conduct root-cause analyses, and propose remediation plans. Improve deployment processes, monitoring, and alerting to reduce MTTR and increase stability. Train and support technical teams on Dev Ops, SRE, and observability practices.
