Formation / DiplĂŽmes

Gestion et coordination des projets de formation:

  • Assurer la planification et la mise en Ɠuvre opĂ©rationnelle des formations.
  • RĂ©diger et gĂ©rer les cahiers des charges et offres techniques en lien avec le responsable du dĂ©partement.
  • Organiser les tests de positionnement des apprenants (convocation, coordination des enseignants, rĂ©servation des salles).
  • PrĂ©parer le lancement des formations : o traitement des rĂ©sultats des tests o constitution des groupes o prĂ©sentation des modules et des objectifs pĂ©dagogiques o Ă©laboration des chronogrammes de formation.
  • Coordonner les ressources pĂ©dagogiques et les moyens logistiques nĂ©cessaires aux formations. Relations avec les clients et enseignants:
  • Assurer la communication avec les entreprises clientes pour la mise en place et le suivi des formations.
