A PRI está a recrutar um Gestor Regional de Vendas, para Tete, em Moçambique. Funções Liderar e gerir a equipa regional de vendas para alcançar metas de vendas e objetivos de negócio Monitorize o desempenho das vendas, identifique lacunas e implemente ações corretivas Gerir territórios, distribuidores, contas-chave e relações com clientes Realize visitas regulares de campo, oriente a equipa de vendas e assegure uma cobertura eficaz do mercado Monitorize as tendências do mercado, as atividades dos concorrentes, a disponibilidade de stock e a execução comercial Prepare relatórios regionais de vendas, previsões e atualizações de desempenho para a gestão Identificar novas oportunidades de negócio e impulsionar o desenvolvimento do cliente e do mercado Requisitos Licenciatura ou Diploma em Vendas, Marketing, Administração de Empresas ou área relacionada Mínimo 5 anos de experiência em vendas, com 2–3 anos em funções de supervisão ou gestão Experiência na gestão de equipas de vendas em vários territórios ou províncias A experiência em FMCG, farmacêutica, saúde ou bens de consumo é preferível Histórico comprovado de alcançar metas de vendas e gestão de distribuidores/contas-chave Fortes competências de liderança, comunicação, negociação e análise Proficiência em CRM e Microsoft Excel Fluência em português e inglês Carta de condução moçambicana válida (Categoria B ou superior) Disposição para viajar extensivamente dentro da região atribuída Notas Apenas candidatos pré-seleccionados serão
