About You and the Role As Nest Lead, you will drive end-to-end execution and operational excellence in Distribution Center Operations. You will also shape cross-functional priorities and help guide future growth. Your work will include improving service utilization and integrating supply chains to increase demand for your business unit. This is a high-impact role for a strong people leader and systems thinker who excels in complex environments and is passionate about building high-quality teams, processes, and infrastructure for long-term success.
Localisation
Côte d’Ivoire – various upcountry locations. Contract Type One-year fixed-term contract. What You’ll Do Team Leadership & Development Serve as the single point of accountability for cross-functional collaboration within your operations team. Lead, coach, inspire, and drive performance across the team.
