] Réf. 2026/048-COMM. Softwell recrute un(e) Commercial(e) en CDI, basé(e) à Antananarivo (poste itinérant, déplacements fréquents). Rémunération à négocier selon profil.

[MISSIONS]

  • Développement commercial : prospecter et conquérir de nouveaux clients
  • Fidélisation : gérer un portefeuille existant (visites terrain, relances, suivi)
  • Conseil : analyser les besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Gestion administrative : offres commerciales, devis et contrats
  • Suivi des ventes, de la facturation et des encaissements
  • Reporting : mise à jour du CRM et rapports d'activité
  • Lien entre les clients et les équipes techniques

[PROFIL]

  • Bac+3/4 minimum en Commerce, Gestion, Marketing ou équivalent
  • Première expérience en vente ou gestion commerciale appréciée (stage ou emploi)
  • Maîtrise des techniques de vente, de négociation, des outils CRM et d'Excel
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, l'anglais est un atout
  • Sens du service client, organisation, autonomie, orienté(e) résultats
  • Atout : maîtrise de SAGE ou TOMATE
