Responsibilities

ACCOUNTS Posted on 18 May 2025 FMTS Transport Abidjan As an Accountant, you will play a key role in the financial management of the business. Your main responsibilities will be: 1. Daily accounting management: ○ Entry and follow-up of accounting records. ○ Control and justification of accounts. ○ Management of bank reconciliations. 2. Billing and payment management: ○ Establishing customer invoices and monitoring receipts. ○ Management of supplier payments and reminders. 3. Tax and social declarations: ○ Preparation and transmission of tax returns (VAT, IS, etc.). ○ Participation in social declarations in collaboration with the HR department. 4. Accounting and reporting closures: ○ Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closings. ○ Preparation of reports fifinancial and reporting to management. 5. Improvement of processes and analysis of the profitability of construction sites: ○ Participation in the implementation and optimization of management tools fiNancière. Technical assistance ● Technical assistance from the ERP accounting management module development team for SMEs/SMIs ● Support for services that use ľ EPP Profile of the position ● Industry experience (construction, career, industries) ● Mastery of accounting tools and software such as Sage, EBP or equivalent. ● Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, commercial law and tax obligations ● Excellent knowledge of management control ● ÊBeing a force of proposition ● Accompany the Management in strategic decision-making Personal skills: ● Rigor and sense of organization. ● Analytical mind and ability to work with numbers ● Good relationship and ability to work in a team ● Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment ● Meaning of written and oral communication, to interact with the different departments of the company and customers via all means of communication (emails, telephone and mail) ● Listen and self-control to carry out reminders and resolve any disputes with customers ● Sense of negotiation and perseverance, to obtain the recovery of debts and avoid litigation as much as possible ● autonomy; ● Analysis and synthesis, to identify possible blocking points ● Knowledge of construction site and investment management issues Application documents
