[MISSIONS]

  • Réceptionner les appels des clients, fournisseurs, transporteurs et partenaires
  • Renseigner et orienter les interlocuteurs
  • Coordonner les appels avec les équipes de l'entrepôt
  • Prendre les messages et assurer le suivi des demandes

[PROFIL]

  • Connaissance de base du fonctionnement d'un entrepôt
  • Rigueur et capacité à transmettre les informations correctement aux services concernés
  • Bonne communication orale et excellente capacité d'écoute
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (téléphone, e-mail, Excel / logiciel de gestion)
  • Organisation et réactivité pour gérer plusieurs appels et demandes simultanément
