Position: Human Resource Assistant | Luanshya, Copperbelt Goldenlay Agri Limited , the largest producer, supplier, and distributor of fresh table eggs in Zambia, is looking for a qualified, energetic, and dedicated Human Resource Assistant to join our Human Resource team based in Luanshya on the Copperbelt. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive HR administrative support and maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and digital employee personnel records. Administer the HR Information Management System (HRMIS), attendance monitoring, and staff leave tracking. Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and interview scheduling. Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programmes for new hires. Provide support in managing employee grievance handling, industrial relations, and disciplinary hearings in compliance with company code of conduct. Assist with the implementation of employee performance management and appraisal reviews. Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of staff training and development programmes. Compile and submit regular HR analytical reports and statutory documentation to management. Candidate Requirements & Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a closely related field from a recognised institution. Valid registered member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) with an active practicing license. Minimum of 3 years’ relevant hands-on HR experience . Previous work experience in the agricultural, FMCG, or commercial farming sector is an added advantage. Sound, up-to-date knowledge of Zambian Labour Laws, employment regulations, and statutory compliance. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. High organisational capability, meticulous attention to detail, and integrity with confidential information.
