- Maîtrise des procédés industriels et des équipements de production
- Lecture de plans et schémas techniques
- Planification et suivi des travaux de maintenance et de production
Autres informations
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Word, GMAO souhaitée)
- Connaissance des systèmes de maintenance préventive, prédictive et corrective
- Gestion des utilités industrielles (énergie, eau, air comprimé) Compétences personnelles :
- Leadership et capacité à coordonner une équipe technique
- Sens de l’organisation et capacité à prioriser les interventions
- Rigueur et respect des procédures et standards techniques
- Capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
- Esprit d’amélioration continue
Expérience
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en maintenance industrielle ou fonction similaire
- Minimum 2 ans dans un poste de coordination ou supervision
- Expérience en environnement industriel automatisé
