Establish a maintenance/support plan to be included in a service contract with subcontractors to ensure business continuity Track the operation of the facility and propose/make necessary adjustments in collaboration with contractors when necessary. Develop a folder for each installation and project related to the Energy Transition with all relevant documentation and manuals. Establish professional relationships with relevant suppliers, local or international, in order to define the most suitable implementation option for each case. Manage and/or contribute to multidisciplinary and innovative long/medium term issues related to the energy transition. Participate, contribute and coordinate MSF’s internal initiatives on efficiency and environmental impact related to energy and HVAC. Participate in and contribute to training or initiatives to disseminate content related to the energy transition and organize webinars if necessary. Promote the use of tools and documentation for electricity calculation and evaluation in the Logistics Library. Participate in the intersectional and international work dynamics (support other MSF sections of the country if needed). Support for emergency response in the area of expertise if necessary (especially in the start-up phase). If necessary, other logistical tasks will be added to the implementation visits, such as ad hoc contributions to the development of guidance documents.
