] Un snack-bar situé à Avorbam, route du Cap (Libreville), recherche une gérante qualifiée pour assurer la gestion quotidienne et la rentabilité de l'établissement. Des travaux de rénovation sont en cours ; l'ouverture est prévue le week-end suivant l'annonce.
[MISSIONS]
- Assurer l'ouverture et la fermeture du snack, superviser et veiller à la qualité du service
- Contrôler les approvisionnements, passer les commandes auprès des fournisseurs et faire les inventaires réguliers sous la supervision du patron
- Gérer la caisse, encaisser les clients, suivre les recettes journalières et veiller à la rentabilité
- Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène et de propreté

- Bonne expérience et maîtrise de la gestion de caisse
- Bonnes notions des règles d'hygiène et de salubrité
- Excellent sens du relationnel et orientation client
- Rigueur, honnêteté, sens de l'organisation, politesse et convivialité, tenue vestimentaire appropriée
- Flexibilité sur les horaires (prévus de 11h à 23h, avec rallonge possible selon le service)
