Job Description

Locations: Achimota, Lapaz, Madina, Nungua and Kumasi

A reputable optical firm is looking for Showroom Sales Associates for an immediate employment

 

Responsibilities

Sell frames, lenses and accessories to customers in the showroom.

Support the branch to meet revenue target

Greet, direct, and assist customers.

Patient information is entered into software.

Answers telephone, and responds to customer’s enquiries.

Follows up on orders to ensure delivery to branches and customers by specified dates.

Quote costs of lenses following established rates, rules, regulations, and procedures.

Answer questions from customers or direct them to the person able to assist them.

Work as a team member at assigned branches to assist other members and customers with the above processes.

Maintain the customer service and work ethic standards as per the orientation.

Manage other branch-related responsibilities.

Required Skills or Experience

HND/Degree in Marketing

Minimum of 1 year experience

Customer service oriented

Pleasant personality and willingness to learn
