Fozzaro is seeking a Finance Administration Officer to manage financial records, transaction documentation, payments and administrative controls. The role requires a highly organized, accurate and trustworthy professional. Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
Manage invoices, contracts, payment requests and financial records. Reconcile customer transactions, supplier payments and company accounts. Monitor cash flow, receivables and transaction P&L. Verify payment documentation and beneficiary information. Maintain accurate administrative and financial filing systems. Ensure proper separation and control of customer funds. Support management with financial and administrative reports. Liaise with banks, suppliers, partners and other stakeholders. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree (BAC+3 minimum) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field. Experience in finance, accounting, administration or financial control is an advantage. Good knowledge of Excel and financial record keeping. Strong analytical, organizational and documentation skills. High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions. Bilingual French/English candidates will have a strong advantage. Applicant profile
