Reporting: Generate routine reports highlighting missing records, exceptions, or throughput metrics. Confidentiality: Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols. Education & Experience: Grade 12 School Certificate. Computer certificate or a diploma in computer studies. Diploma in purchase and supply (is an added advantage). 1 to 2 years of experience in data management. Basic knowledge in data analysis. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Physical fitness and ability to work at heights. Candidate should be medically fit. Skills, Abilities & Attributes: Basic math skills. Basic knowledge in computer skills (proficient in Excel). Honesty and trustworthiness. Age requirement: usually 18+ in Zambia. Physical Exam Required: Medical Report & Police Clearance
