Intern Assistant Comptabile Suppliers & Tresorerie (M/F)

Function: FINANCE & AUDIT/COMPTABILITY Type of contract: STAGE Job description: Receipt and analysis of foreign supplier invoice bundles in accordance with CEMAC exchange regulations, in coordination with supplier accounting Update of documentation required for payment from foreign suppliers, in coordination with the procurement department Update of the monitoring table on the evolution of foreign supplier debt (mainly UNICAF) Accounting entry of treasury operations Tracking of receipts via the GUCE Archiving Creation of new client files in accordance with the General Tax Code and, follow-up of the validation process for account creation Lettering of customer accounts Bringing parking operations closer to PAK data Lettering of the account Relaunch of customers; Participate in the implementation and improvement of internal controls,

Other information

All other tasks entrusted by the Accounting & Taxation Manager.

Education / Qualifications

Have a BAC Higher Education Diploma+3 in Accounting, Finance, Audit or Management Control or any other equivalent degree;

Experience

Experience in the position of 01 year internship in a company or accounting firm Cumulative professional experience (minimum 1 year); Perfect mastery of Cameroonian legislation and OHADA accounting and legal rules; Knowledge of BEAC foreign exchange regulations; Knowledge of the rules and uses of communication; Perfect mastery of administrative and commercial correspondence; Sustained knowledge of best practices in effective communication; Language skills: Proficiency in French and English would be an asset;
