Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (essential)
Able to manage high customer expectations in a complex service environment

Excellent customer communication and conflict-handling ability
Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume workshop
Strong technical understanding and the ability to liaise effectively with Technicians
Experience with OEM systems and warranty processes (advantageous)
