  • Assurer la prise en charge, le suivi obstétrical et les soins de la femme enceinte, de la mère et du nouveau-né, y compris la surveillance du travail et la réalisation des accouchements
  • Dispenser les soins prescrits, préventifs et curatifs, avec une surveillance rigoureuse de l'état de santé des patientes et des nouveau-nés
  • Assurer la tenue et la mise à jour des dossiers médicaux, la gestion des consultations et le suivi administratif du service
  • Garantir la disponibilité, la gestion et l'entretien du matériel et des médicaments d'urgence, dans le respect strict des normes d'hygiène

[PROFIL]

  • Diplôme d'État de sage-femme ou équivalent
  • Expérience en maternité ou en gynécologie-obstétrique souhaitée
  • Maîtrise de la surveillance de la grossesse, du post-partum, des urgences obstétricales et des soins au nouveau-né
  • Bonne connaissance des protocoles de soins obstétricaux, de néonatalogie, d'hygiène hospitalière et des normes de qualité
  • Écoute, empathie, vigilance clinique, rigueur, réactivité, esprit d'équipe et confidentialité
