Responsabilités
Le/la consultant(e) Grants & Contracts Officer travaillera sous la supervision du/de la Senior Officer, Grants & Contracts. Il/elle appuiera la gestion financière, contractuelle et administrative d’un portefeuille de subventions et de contrats, tout en veillant au respect des exigences de VillageReach, des bailleurs de fonds et des réglementations applicables. Ses responsabilités comprennent le suivi de la conformité financière, les revues financières, les prévisions budgétaires, les rapports financiers, la préparation et la révision des contrats et avenants, le suivi des échéances contractuelles, la mise à jour de Salesforce et l’appui aux budgets des nouvelles propositions. Le/la consultant(e) collaborera étroitement avec les équipes Finance, Programmes, Business Development, Operations et Global Operations.
