JOB OVERVIEW

💼 Expérience

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Control Room Manager to lead and oversee control room operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing surveillance systems, liaising with control room staff and ensuring efficient coordination of all security operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the daily operations of the control room and ensure optimal performance at all times.
• Supervise and manage Control Room Officers, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor CCTV systems and security platforms to ensure surveillance coverage of protected zones and company protocols.
• Ensure timely response and escalation of incidents in line with security procedures.
• Coordinate communication between Control Room Officers and field security teams.
• Prepare and review incident reports, logs, and operational records.
• Implement and enforce security procedures, policies, and best practices.
• Provide regular updates to Clients and Internal Stakeholders on security matters when required.

🧠 Profil recherché

• Minimum of a degree in an IT-related field; relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
