• Nigeria Contract Type Join Fuzu to view all job details Join Fuzu Now About the job Company Description Key Experience / Qualification / Skills Minimum 2 years of Medical Laboratory experience HND in Medical Laboratory Technology Training/Certification in the Microbiology/Haematology field is an added advantage Hold Computer literacy Strong attention to detail Professionalism Excellent patient care. Responsibilities General Responsibilities: Collect blood and other samples (urine, stool, swabs) from patients following standard procedures. Ensure proper labelling, handling, and documentation of all specimens. Provide patient education and reassurance during sample collection. Maintain sample collection areas in a clean and sanitized condition. Enter sample details and results into the Laboratory Information System. Clinical Responsibilities C onform to the critical service standards established for the clinic and the medical team . Provide therapeutic patient care in accordance w ith the patients care code, established by the physician , w ith in scope of practice. Assist the physician or other medical staff personnel with examinations and treatments by providing support to patient, chaperoning and other assistance as directed or required. Document patient signs, symptoms, observations, and therapeutic treatments to patient's medical record. Communication and Administration Ensure formal communications with the various health partners are properly documented Follow up on all client complaints relating to any of the MSIN services and make recommendations.
