Local procurement management

• Process purchase requests by issuing alert cards, purchase orders and purchase orders in accordance with internal procedures.
• Prospect local suppliers, compare prices and prepare the necessary elements for the validation of purchases.
• Check the conformity of deliveries and supplier invoices before their transmission to the accounting department.
• Prepare recurring purchases necessary for the operation of the site, including supplies, meals for gendarmes and depotting snacks. Inventory management
• Receiving goods and checking their compliance with purchase orders, delivery orders and invoices.
• Ensure physical entry and exit of items and update stock sheets, movement logs and EBP software.
• Ensure the reliability of stock data and report any anomalies or discrepancies found.
• Participate in physical inventories and gap analysis. Administrative management and reporting
• Classify and archive documents related to procurement, inventory and logistics operations.
• Update the monitoring tables and prepare the necessary documents for reporting and validations of the hierarchy.
• Ensure the traceability of operations carried out within the service. Transportation and shipments
• Organize the travel of vehicles, drivers and couriers according to operational needs.
• Prepare the exit vouchers and follow up on expeditions and administrative races.
• Participate in the planning of shipments and ensure that delivery times are met. Logistics of the site
• Ensure the cleanliness and general order of the site by means of regular checks.
• Monitor the management, storage and incineration of waste and production waste.
• Track routine logistics operations, including sending masks for cleaning.
• Participate in the reception of imported supplies, report anomalies and ensure their storage according to storage procedures.
