] Agape Groupe recrute des agents de sécurité pour assurer la protection de ses collaborateurs, visiteurs et installations (siège à Andohalo, Antananarivo, et différents sites).
[MISSIONS]
- Contrôler les accès aux locaux (personnes et véhicules)
- Effectuer des rondes de surveillance et suivre les systèmes de vidéosurveillance
- Prévenir les incidents, détecter les comportements suspects et intervenir si besoin
- Appliquer les procédures et consignes de sécurité
- Rédiger les rapports d'incident et tenir la main courante
- Gérer les situations d'urgence (incendie, intrusion, conflit, évacuation)
- Collaborer avec les forces de l'ordre et les secours si nécessaire
[PROFIL]
- Titulaire du Baccalauréat
- Formation en sécurité (atout, ou exigée selon la réglementation)
- Une première expérience similaire est appréciée
- Bonne condition physique, casier judiciaire vierge
- Disponible en horaires décalés (jour, nuit, week-end, jours fériés)
- Sens de l'observation, sang-froid, intégrité, discipline, esprit d'équipe

- Horaires alternés, rondes régulières, station debout prolongée
- Port obligatoire de l'uniforme
