[CUISINIER]
- Formation en cuisine/hôtellerie ou expérience équivalente, 2 à 3 ans d'expérience minimum
- Maîtrise de la cuisine camerounaise et internationale
- Bonne connaissance des cuissons, sauces, dressage et présentation
- Respect strict de l'hygiène et de la chaîne du froid
- Gestion des stocks, limitation des pertes, respect des fiches techniques et des portions
- Atout : expérience en restaurant, traiteur ou hôtel
[SERVEUR / SERVEUSE]
- Formation en restauration/hôtellerie souhaitée, 1 à 2 ans d'expérience
- Très bonne présentation, accueil chaleureux, maîtrise du service à table
- Prise de commandes précise, bonne connaissance de la carte, capacité à conseiller
- Gestion correcte des additions et paiements
- Disponible les soirées, week-ends et événements
- Atout : expérience en restaurant haut de gamme ou hôtel
[ASSISTANT(E) POLYVALENT(E)]
- Réception et rangement des marchandises, aide au contrôle des stocks
- Préparation et mise en place, aide au service et à la cuisine
- Nettoyage, rangement, suivi des entrées/sorties de stock
- Ponctualité, honnêteté, sens des responsabilités
