Bénin Digital, ESN spécialisée dans la transformation digitale, accompagne divers secteurs avec des experts tech, data, design et marketing. Dans ce cadre, elle recrute un Expert Technique – Administrateur Expert Casques et Solutions Audio.
Présentation du poste
Le poste requiert une expertise dans les solutions de casques professionnels, notamment Jabra et Sennheiser/EPOS. La mission consiste à maintenir l'homogénéité audio et à réduire les incidents techniques.
Administration et maintenance : gestion des équipements et des configurations associées.
Gestion des incidents : analyse et résolution des problèmes acoustiques complexes.
Analyse acoustique : développement de protocoles de test et formulation de recommandations pertinentes.
Paramétrage logiciel : optimisation de l'intégration avec les systèmes existants.
Mise à jour des infrastructures : mise en œuvre des évolutions nécessaires.
Le candidat doit disposer de compétences en exploitation technique et d'une capacité de diagnostic. Il doit également être apte à industrialiser les processus et à documenter les standards.
