Le bureau pays de l’UNFPA RCA, en concertation avec le Ministère de l’Administration du Territoire, de la Décentralisation et du Développement Local, envisage de recruter un Consultant National (NOC). Financée pour une durée de 45 jours ouvrés par le projet régional HISWACA, cette mission est essentielle pour garantir l’ancrage local et l’appropriation nationale du processus. Le consultant national travaillera en étroite synergie avec un expert international afin d’assurer la conformité technique de la feuille de route nationale (2026-2028) aux standards régionaux de la CEMAC, tout en veillant à son parfait alignement avec le Plan National de Développement (PND) 2024-2028.
