Asah Construction Immobilier Services recherche un Stagiaire Chargé d'Investissement dans le cadre d'un stage pré-emploi à Abidjan.
La
consiste à développer et gérer le Club ASAH ainsi que les mandats de gestion de portefeuille immobilier pour le compte des investisseurs.
Responsabilités clés
Le stagiaire participe à la gestion et à l'animation des clubs d'investissement. Il analyse la rentabilité des opportunités d'investissement et produit le reporting investisseurs ainsi que le book mensuel. Il assure également la relation continue avec les membres des clubs.
Dans le cadre de la recherche d'opportunités et de la prospection, il source de nouvelles opportunités d'investissement, qu'il s'agisse de biens ou de programmes, et identifie puis recrute de nouveaux investisseurs ou membres de club.
Rémunération indicative : 100.000
