- Définir et piloter la stratégie de communication globale d'une marque, sur tous les canaux (digitaux & traditionnels), en cohérence avec les objectifs de l’entreprise.
- Construire le plan de communication annuel 360°.
- Décliner les temps forts marketing avec le Media Buyer et le studio créa.
- Piloter le calendrier éditorial et les contenus pour tous les canaux (RS, presse, radio, TV, terrain...).
- Analyser la performance des campagnes et ajuster les messages.
- Être le garant de l’identité et de la cohérence de la marque sur tous les points de contact.
Expérience
- Travailler en coordination avec le CX Manager sur l’expérience client.
