LOAN RECOVERY OFFICER

ROLE OVERVIEW: We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our loan recovery team. You will be responsible for following up with clients who have overdue loan payments and guiding them through repayment arrangements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Source and onboard new loan clients. Assess loan applications and evaluate customer creditworthiness. Disburse approved loans in line with company policies. Monitor loan portfolios and ensure timely repayments. Follow up on overdue loans and support recovery efforts. Maintain accurate client and loan records.

🎓 Formation / Diplômes

Provide excellent customer service and client education on loan products. Prepare basic reports on loan performance and collections.

🧠 Profil recherché

Diploma, HND, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

💼 Expérience

• 0-2 years of experience in lending, credit analysis, or related field
