Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst (1+ Years Experience) Location: Wiphan BPO Center – Nkwazi, Ndola. Organization: Wiphan Care Ministries Role Summary Wiphan Care Ministries is seeking an analytical and commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join our growing BPO operations team. The successful candidate will be employed by Wiphan Care Ministries and deployed to support the financial planning and analysis function of one of our international clients, working as an embedded member of the client’s finance team. The role drives budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, giving client leadership the data, structure, and insight needed to meet revenue and margin targets. Through Wiphan’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, our team delivers reliable business solutions while creating meaningful employment opportunities that help support widows and orphans through education, discipleship, and skills training. Key Responsibilities Financial Systems Management: Own and maintain the client’s financial planning and reporting environment, ensure data accuracy and integrity, manage user access, and evaluate and implement tools that strengthen the finance technology stack Planning Process & Workflow Design: Build and refine processes for budget submission, forecast cycles, spend approval thresholds, and handoffs between Finance, Operations, and Client Delivery Reporting & Analytics: Create dashboards and reports on revenue performance, gross margin, cost per transaction, headcount utilization, and departmental productivity, and deliver actionable insight to leadership Forecasting: Prepare and validate revenue and cost forecasts, working closely with department heads on monthly performance reviews and variance analysis Capacity & Target Planning: Support the design of client account segmentation, headcount and volume planning, and target setting models across service lines Incentive & Compensation Administration: Assist with performance incentive calculations, plan design, and resolution of related queries Business Partnering Support: Coordinate budget holder training materials and ensure managers have access to templates, planning calendars, and reporting guidance Cross-functional Liaison: Work with the client’s Sales, Operations, and Revenue Operations teams to align data definitions and reporting processes across departments Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in FP&A, management accounting, or a similar analytical finance role Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling and large data set analysis Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or Odoo accounting software Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail Ability to translate financial data into clear commercial recommendations Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities effectively Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability and confidence to engage and communicate effectively in cross-cultural environments Work Schedule Requirement The position requires availability for a 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift to support international operations The role reports operationally to the client’s finance leadership and administratively to Wiphan Care Ministries Preferred Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field Part or full professional qualifications (ZICA, ACCA, CIMA) Experience working in BPO or service-based financial environments Experience with business intelligence or dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) All applications should be sent to [Click the Apply button below to apply, and Create my CV to build a CV tailored to this offer, professionally] .
