- Une vendeuse de nourriture : vendre le matin devant une cave à Marcory Tapis Rouge, de 11h à 16h
- Un cuisinier ou une cuisinière (braiseur) : savoir bien faire les braisés (poulet, poisson) et les fritures (alloco, frites), puis vendre le soir devant la cave à Marcory Tapis Rouge, à partir de 16h
- Deux aides-cuisiniers : aider les cuisiniers le soir, une personne pour Koumassi 05 et une personne pour Marcory Tapis Rouge
