Job Summary

The Driver/Dispatch Rider is responsible for transporting goods, documents, and sometimes passengers safely and efficiently. They ensure timely deliveries, maintain vehicles/motorcycles in good condition, and uphold company standards of professionalism and customer service.

Transportation & Delivery

Safely drive company vehicles or motorcycles to deliver packages, documents, or goods.

Ensure timely pickup and drop-off of items to clients, offices, or designated locations. 

Verify delivery details and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery.

Vehicle/Motorcycle Maintenance 

Conduct routine checks on vehicles/motorcycles (fuel, oil, brakes, tires).

Report mechanical issues promptly and schedule servicing when required.

Keep vehicles/motorcycles clean and roadworthy.

Documentation & Compliance 

Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.

Ensure compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.

Handle cash or receipts responsibly when required.

Customer Service

Interact politely and professionally with clients during deliveries. b.Provide updates on delivery status when necessary.

Represent the company positively in all interactions.
