Bioharb Global recherche un Quality Assurance & Training Officer chargé de veiller à ce que les employés respectent de manière constante les standards de connaissance, de communication, de conformité des processus, de traitement client et de compétence professionnelle exigés par l'entreprise. Le rôle se concentrera d'abord sur l'équipe DTC/Inside Sales, y compris les closers et les superviseurs commerciaux, tout en accompagnant progressivement l'expérience client et d'autres équipes lorsque l'assurance qualité et la formation structurée s'avèrent nécessaires. La personne retenue travaillera de manière autonome selon la séquence suivante : écouter, auditer, noter, identifier les écarts, former, coacher, retester, certifier et suivre les progrès.
Profil et expérience
Le poste requiert un diplôme (Degree), un niveau d'expérience intermédiaire (mid level) et une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 ans. La maîtrise de l'anglais est exigée. Les horaires sont à temps plein, de 8h à 17h.
