International Wire Transfers Supervisor & SWIFT

Main duties

MAIN DUTIES – Organize the daily production of the pole and respect for value windows and corresponding cut-offs. – Oversee the issuance, reception and repatriation of SWIFT messages and the processing of unpaired messages. – Checking the compliance of records: proofs of exchange, authorizations, direct debits and regulatory declarations. – Process first-level sanctions filter alerts and document any doubts. – Track correspondent accounts, commissions and investigative requests. – Train the operations officers and keep the operations of the pole up to date. Bachelor or Master in Banking, Finance, International Trade or equivalent 5 years minimum experience in international transfers and SWIFT operations, with experience of supervision Mastery of SWIFT messages and international payment standards Good knowledge of exchange regulations and reporting obligations Mastery of filtering sanctions and documented removal of doubt Leadership, rigor, responsiveness and ability to decide quickly on sensitive files
